He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Stoops of Shipman, IL; his children, David Stoops (Stacy) of Chesterfield, IL, Larry Stoops of Sanford, CO, Elaine Fullriede (Dave) of Edwardsville, IL and Becky Courtoise (Darren) of Piasa, IL; his grandchildren, Nikki Summers of Edwardsville, IL and Devin Stoops of Wood River, IL; his great grandchild Bella Summers of Edwardsville, IL; and his brother Bill Stoops (Joyce) of Shipman, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
