It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Leingang Sr. of Sherrard, Illinois, born in Milan, Illinois, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Leingang and Mabel Leingang (McConnel); his former wife Joan C. Mindock; his wife Josephine Johnson; his son Michael Leingang; his brothers, Bill and Robert Leingang; and his brother-in-law Joe Johnson.

He is survived by: his children, Thomas Leingang, Jr. (Deanne), Susan Titus (Brad) and David Leingang (Carol); his daughter-in-law Jill Leingang; his brother Fred Hurley; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Johnson, Davenport and Mary Lindley. He is also survived by forty-seven grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Public gathering guidelines will be observed regarding capacity, face mask and social distancing by those attending.
