She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Munch and Ruth Munch (Caffery). She is survived by: her husband Tom; her daughter Mary "Beth" Lehan; her grandchildren, Erika Bradarich (Steven), Allison Ervanian (Michael) and Hannah Payne (Casey); her great grandchildren, Peyton, Noah, Sophia, Benjamin, Sydney, Isaiah and Elijah; and her siblings, Michael Munch (Joy), Oak Run and Diane Hennessey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and her dog.
Memorials may be made to the Quad City Animal Welfare Center, Milan or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
