He is survived by: his wife Twila Carlson; his children, Colleen LaPlante (Lloyd), Corina Buck (Martin) of Burlington, KY, Caleb Carlson (Rebekah) of Bloomington, IL, Paul Lucas (Angela) of Cary, NC, Stephen Lucas (Maria) and Bettendorf; his grandchildren, Asia Richardson (Nick), Cearra LaPlante, Joelle LaPlante, Isaiah Buck, Savanna Buck, Amelia Carlson, John Lucas, David Lucas, Michael Lucas and Michael Wright (Naomi); and his great grandchildren, Eden Richardson and Blaise Wright.
Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established in Dennis's name.
