He is survived by: his sisters, Cordelia Burpee of South Hero, VT, Victoria Burpee of Golden Heights, MA, Alexandra Burpee (Larry Records) of Dudley, MS and Elizabeth Burpee of Bethlehem, NH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Abraham Lincoln Unitarian Universalist Church.
