She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell G. Tate and Gladys Tate (Hill); and her sister Sandra Sue Goddard. She is survived by: her siblings, Sheila T. Wilson (Joe) of Orrville, OH and Ryan "Gregory" Tate of Florence, CO; and her nieces and nephews, Sarah Reynolds (Jason), Mallory Bradley (Travis), David Goddard (Alice) and Justin Tate (Melanie).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Breadline or St. Agnes Church, Springfield, IL.
