It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald S. Cardoni (Sherman, Illinois), born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on October 2, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Cardoni and Mary Cardoni (Roscetti); his sister Nancy Jones; and his nephew John P. Jones. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Prehoda; his sons, Matt Cardoni (Kristi) of St. Louis, MO and Kurt Cardoni of Springfield, IL; his grandchildren, Zelda and Giovanni Cardoni; his sister Elaine Maurer (George) of Lexington, KY; his sister-in-law Bev Wells (Gary) of Elizabethton, TN; and his nieces and nephews, Dennis Jones (Christina), Lee Dixon (Lisa), Stacy Butler (Mick) and Jolyn Yard (Monte).
