He was loved and cherished by many people including: his adoptive parents, Wayne Rowley and Lois Smith Rowley; his wife JoAnn "Jodie" Tarr; and his children, Pam Kink (Louis) of Springfield, Nikki Manning of Key West, FL, Les Seman (Tammy) of Marquette Heights, IL and Pat Seman of Athens. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three sisters; one brother; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
