She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Frain and Evelyn Cook Frain; and her sister Darlene Grace. She is survived by: her husband Fred E. Willoughby; her sons, Steven F. Willoughby (Julie) of Gallatin, TN and Kevin E. Willoughby of Sandy Springs, GA; her brother Joseph R. Frain of Noblesville, IN; and her half-brothers, Michael S. Vetter of Northville, MI and Barry G. Vetter of San Francisco, CA.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
