He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; his children, Greg Tobin, Bryan Tobin (Jennifer), Jarrod Spencer, JoDee Spencer Seif (Josiah), Kimmy Spencer Levering, Jeff Spencer and Honey Lynn Spencer; his grandchildren, Kayla, Maddie, Cameron, Mya, Sienna, Larry, Michael, Ronnie, Rebekah, Bret, Bradley, Ryan, Alysa, Jake, Jacob, Jonah and Amelia; his great grandchildren, Olivia and Noah; his brother Ronnie Spencer (Donna); his nieces, Regina (John) and Denise (John); his close friends, John and Patsy Gregson; and his siblings-in-law, Dick Anderson, Sherry, Linda, Diane and Judy.
