It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Phillipich of Sherman, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on September 24, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Phillipich and Julia Phillipich (Kerelz); his wife Barbara Hettinger; and his sister Helen Hutton. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Ivajean Maguda (James) of Concord, CA, Jack Patterson (Debbie) of Sherman, IL and Richard Patterson (Stacy) of Riverton. He is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
