He was predeceased by: his parents, Odie Hampsterd Lewis and Vivian Parker Lewis of Nevada; and his half-brother Carl Sandy. He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth G. Hames; his wife Elizabeth "Tish" Lewis of Sherman, IL; his children, Mark Lewis (Pam) of Normal, IL, Scott Lewis (Vickie) of Springfield, IL, Steven Lewis (Beth) of Palos Heights, IL and Elizabeth Ann "Libby" Olp (Ken) of Wheaton, IL; and his sister Marian Reat of St. Charles, IL. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
