She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert T. Lovell and Ruby V. Lovell (Nelson); her husband Henry Ford Welton; and her siblings, Mildred Strunk, Sarah "Ann" Wiltshire, Iris, Louetta Sunderland, Margaret Frenz, Frank, Bob, Dean and Don Lovell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra J. Weaver of Springfield, Betsy L. Elmore (Kenneth) of Springfield and Deann Arnold (Jerry) of Modesto; and her siblings, Jessie Vidakovich (Joe) of Wood River, Mary Louise Clapman of Missouri, Sue Reilly of Belleville and Joe Lovell of Litchfield. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial gathering will follow until 5:00 p. m. Illinois COVID-19 guidance will be followed, requiring face coverings and limiting attendance to 50 guests at one time.
