With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerold R. Boice of Sherman, Illinois, born in Beardstown, Illinois, who passed away on February 8, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Boice and Ethel Bernice Boice (Surratt); his grandson Seth Craycraft; and his brother John Robert "Bob" Boice. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Boice of Quincy; his daughters, Michelle Boice of Naperville and Carla Craycraft (Chad) of Williamsville; his grandchildren, Gabe and Tim Craycraft; and his sister Charlotte Milby of Beardstown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
