She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schupbach and Elsa Marie Page Schupbach; her husband Wayne Oliver Powers; her siblings, Alyce Swift, Albert and Otto Schupbach; and her daughter-in-law Pat Powers.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Newman (Bob) of Hannibal, MO, Kathy Powers of Sherman, Amy Sadler of Sherman, Carl Powers (Elaine) of Nashville, TN, Charles "Mike" Powers (Brenda) of Tallahassee, FL, Daniel Powers (Beth) of Arkansas and Mexico. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
