He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold John and Shirley Ann Kuehlem (Raymond); and his brother John (Doris Clayton). He is survived by: his son Nickolas Kuehlem of Bryan, OH; and his siblings, Rick Kuehlem of Star Lake, WI, Sharon Haggard (Harry) of Plano, IL, Jody Knobeloch (Jerry) of Sheridan, IL and Sandy (Marty Weber).
