She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Cook; and her son Chad Hutchinson. She is survived by: her mother Gloria Cook (Davis) of Somonauk, IL; her boyfriend Lee Warren of Sheridan, IL; her daughter Krysta L. Olson of Sheridan, IL; her siblings, Steve Cook (Carol) of Sycamore, IL, Douglas Cook (Dawn) of Malta, IL and Kris Magnotti (Bruce) of Plano, IL; and her granddaughter Faith.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
