He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. DeLay (Jack) and Olive DeLay (Kanneberg); and his siblings, Jackie Lief, Ray Ivan and Lurel (Al).
He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Armitage; and his sons, Gary Delay of Sheridan and Jay DeLay (Debbie). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
