Schmidt of Sheridan, Illinois, born in Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on November 28, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian Gerhardt and Emilie Gerhardt; and her brother Harold Gerhardt. She is survived by: her husband David Schmidt; her daughters, Amy Schmidt and Brittany Scheib (Alec); her granddaughter Kayla Scheib; her siblings, Rose Gerhardt, Barbara Orstead, Phil Gerhardt (Tina) and Rudy Gerhardt (Joyce); and her pet Charlie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
