She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Durbin and Anna Durbin (Stark); her husband Franklin Cook; her daughter Theresa Cook; and her siblings, Joseph Durbin and Mary Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Kyle Cook (Virginia) of Marseilles, IL, Jody Cook (Gayla) of Niota, TN and Amy Kember (Jeff) of Sheridan, IL; and her sister Dorothy Cox (Ed) of Casper, WY. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
