He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Canfield; his stepfather Paul Adrian; and his grandparents, Audrey, Roscoe Bruce, Alice and Arnold Canfield.
He is survived by: his mother Rosalie Adrian of Leland, IL; his siblings, Randy Canfield of Earlville, IL, Kim Bryant of Leland, IL and Traci Krapausky of Earlville, IL; and his uncle Jeff Ruberg (Anita). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
