He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Ainsworth and Lela Ainsworth (Rudisaille); his wife Elsie; his son Cecil R. Ainsworth; his siblings, Norman Ainsworth, Marcia Ainsworth-Morris, Grace Ainsworth-Lovett and Ruth Ainsworth-Slayter; and his sons-in-law, David W. Krohne and Timothy L. Delaney.
He is survived by: his daughters, Betty Platt (Timothy) of Sheridan, Shirley Delaney of Genoa, IL and Judy Krohne of Stroud, OK; his daughter-in-law Pamela Ainsworth; and his grandchildren, Deborah Holmes (Jim), Brenda Jones (Brian), Eric Christoffel (Melissa), Melissa Toles (Kenneth), Rebecca Chambers (Derek), Gregory Delaney (Tiffany), Christina Bell (Steve), Jennifer King (Brad), Regina Zwart, Dorian Ainsworth, Timothy Platt, Michael Platt (Jennifer) and Matthew Platt (Tiffany).
