She was predeceased by: her father Elmer Long; her former husband Thomas J. Eastburn; her fiancé William "Bill" McNeely; her stepmother Clara Madison Long (Cooksey); her brothers, Herbert Long, James Long and Ronald Long; and her nephews, Rodney Neal and Keith Long.
She is survived by: her son Thomas H. Eastburn (Ginger Ade) of Otterbein, IN; her grandchildren, Tate Eastburn (Betsy) and Gabrielle "Gabby" Eastburn; and her sisters, Barb Gosser of Pence, IN, Nancy Neal (John) of Chattanooga, TN, Winnie Roach of Wellington, Marsha Cropper (Don) of Armstrong and Sherrie Leslie (Steve) of Hoopeston. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
