He is survived by: his son Sebastian Williams (Blankenship); his siblings, Gary Dean Hovis, Charles Robert Williams, Albert Higgs, Dale Hovis, Jimmy Hovis, Randy Hovis, Joyce Elaine Williams, Lynn Dell Pugsley, Christine Nell Donaldson and Reba Geller; and his girlfriend Jen Shook. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
