We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2024, at the age of 74, Roger W. Hubner of Shelbyville, Illinois, born in Pana, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Roger may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe A. Hubner and Helen I. Hubner (Trueblood); his brother Virgil Hubner; and his sister-in-law Kathy Hubner. He is survived by: his wife Paula; his children, Sherry Hubner (Larry) of Lakewood, IL, Teresa Snyder (Kevin) of Decatur, IL and Roscoe Hubner (Alison) of Shelbyville, IL; his brother Steve Hubner of Tower Hill, IL; and his sister-in-law Vicki Hubner of Shelbyville, IL. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
