He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Earl and Helen Maxine Rodman Wade; and his brother-in-law Larry Keown. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Sharon McBride; his wife Sharon Wade; his children, Ryan Wade of Shelbyville, IL, Darren Wade of Shelbyville, IL, Adam Wade (Amanda) of Sullivan, IL and Aimee Lockart of Shelbyville, IL; his sister Ruth Ann Keown of Lakewood, IL; his grandchildren, Josie, Samantha Wade, Robbi Fleshner, Elizabeth Massey, Hannah Strode, Addison, Isabel, Molly Owens, Carson and Crew Lockart; and his great grandchildren, Draven, Skyler, Madison Massey, Ziola, Marly Stiles, Cooper and Evelyn Stevens.
Memorials may be given to St. Jude or Operation Smile.
