He is survived by: his wife Edith Mae Sanders; his sons, Gary Banning (Linda) of Shelbyville, IL, Darrell Banning (Gina) of Shelbyville, IL, Rick Reedy (Helen) of Bloomington, IL and Bob (Edith); his grandchildren, Jennifer Houck (Drew) of Shelbyville, IL, Eric Banning (Jamie) of Shelbyville, IL, Jaide Helton (Cortland) of Shelbyville, IL and Paige Tull (Jared) of Shelbyville, IL; and his great grandchildren, Cole, Cade, Madison, Stella, Mason, Jameson, Everett, Bella, Ivey, Parker and Greyson.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Howe & Yockey Funeral Home (415 N Broadway St, Shelbyville, IL 62565). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to the Fourth Street United Methodist Church or the Donor's Choice.
