Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mary Helen Beckman of Shelbyville, Illinois, born in Greenwood, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 88, on June 17, 2024. She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Halle and Margaret Halle (McKenna); her husband Jerome Beckman; her children, Hugo Beckman and Chris McKenna; her son-in-law Gary Henderson; and her siblings, Marten, Arthur, Charlie, Paul, Herman, Richard Halle and Alvina Carlson.

She is survived by : her children, Angie Andrews (Stan) of Summerset, KY, Tim Beckman (Chris) of Momence, IL, Donna Ruley (Vern) of Troutville, VA, Julie Henderson of Shelbyville, IL, Karen Buckler of Jasper, IN, Patti Clark (Todd) of Momence, IL and Bart Beckman (Angela) of English, IN; and her son-in-law Steve Oien of Spokane Valley, WA. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Becher Funeral Home, Inc. (625 Main St, Ferdinand, IN 47532). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church (27246 Perry St, Bristow, IN 47515).
