He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Pettyjohn of Shelbyville, IL; his daughter Elizabeth Lewis (Matthew) of Shelbyville, IL; his grandchildren, Owen and Emily Lewis; and his siblings, Tom Thrall of Olney, IL and Sharon Lancaster (Eddie) of Olney, IL..
