He is survived by: his mother Karen Louise Lay (Metzger) of Shelbyville, IL; his sons, Kyle Lay (Emma) of Georgia and Bryce Lay of Lewisburg, TN; his grandmother Louise Metzger of Shelbyville, IL; his siblings, Christopher Lay (Rosemary) of Roswell, GA, Chad Lay (Amy) of Assumption, IL and Suzanne Courtney; and his grandchild Decklin Lay.
