She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Lewis and Martha Pauline Cook (Bork); her brothers, David Cook and Lewis Cook (Judy); and her brother-in-law Dr. Harold Ferguson, Sr..
She is survived by: her husband Don; her children, Doug Apple (Michele) of Tallahassee, FL, Tim Apple (Robin) of Shelbyville, IL, Julie Thorpe (Jeff) of Tucson, AZ, Jennifer Spracklen (Jeff) of Mattoon, IL and Laura Owens of Herrick, IL; and her sisters, Alice Ferguson of Eaton, OH and Marty Dahlquist (Craig) of Springfield, IL. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Family Life Center in Shelbyville, IL.
