He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Mahnke and Berdie Mahnke (Brown); his wife Barbara Ellen Severe; his stepdaughter Judy Wilkey (Rose Mary Schlanser); and his brothers, Jimmy, Albert and Kenny.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Joyce Cambruzzi (Ray) of Wilmington, IL and Mike Severe of Wilmington, IL; and his sister Betty Mahnke of Stewardson, IL. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
