She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Wagner and Mona Wagner (Hudson); her son Michael Rue Wayne Buzzard; and her brother Gary Wagner. She is survived by: her husband John E. Buzzard of Shelbyville; her children, Mark Buzzard of Wilmington, Luanna Dragovan of Shelbyville, John Bradley Buzzard of Pana and Kip Buzzard (Stacy) of Sullivan; and her siblings, Stanley Wagner (Linda) of Windsor, Butch Wagner of Findlay and Jacqueline Wagner of Findlay. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
