He is survived by: his children, LLonna Fultz (Erik) of Sullivan, IL, Barry Brown (Christine) of Shelbyville, IL and Jaime Cruz of Columbia, MO; and his grandchildren, Tabitha Fultz, Jesika Fultz, Drew Fultz, Dalton Brown, Kayley Nees, Brittney Brown, Brittany Cruz, Jacob Cruz, Allie Cruz, Isabel Cruz and Felix Cruz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
