He is survived by: his spouse Mildred Witte; his children, Cristy Stupegia (John) of Oglesby, IL, Cathy Soto (Joel) and Daniel Gerald Foes (Bridget) of Princeton; his grandchildren, Ben Stupegia, Tianny Soto, Braeden Soto, Grant Foes and Morgan Foes; and his siblings, Tom Foes (Cynthia) of Annawan, Joyce Dixon (Raymond), Peoria, Marlene Etheridge (Thomas), Princeton Jaggers, Connie Jaggers (Thomas) and Manlius.
