She is survived by: her mother Nancy Ann Brinkley (Hardy); her son Hunter Michael Chappell; her husband Michael Chappell of Shawneetown; her brother Caleb; her sister-in-law Peggy Brinkley of Norris City; her niece Natalie Sue; her nephew Logan Robert Brinkley; her stepchildren, Michael John Chappell of Eldorado, Derrick Dewayne and Casey Jo Chappell of Equality; and her stepgrandchildren, Paisley Jo, Ridge Hunter and Lennon.
