With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kim Robbins of Shawneetown, Illinois, born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on September 9, 2020 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Ray and Phyllis Robbins (Dozier). He is survived by: his wife Penny Tanner Robbins of Old Shawneetown; his son Luke Robbins of Junction; his brothers, Billy Robbins (Julie) of Shawneetown and Marty Robbins (Brittany) of Fransisco, IN.; and his mother-in-law Kay Rehbein of Junction.
