He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Walters and Anna Francis Walters (Moore); and his brother Richard Eugene Walters. He is survived by: his children, Gidget Irvin of Shawneetown, Larry Walters of Norris City and Gary Walters of Texas; his siblings, Mary Ann (Lynn Smith), Greg (Donna Walters), James H. Walters of Marion and Billy L. (Leona Walters); his grandchildren, Jeffery Walters, Matthew Walters, Joshua Walters, Allen Henson and Meagan Riley; and his great grandchildren, Joey, Addi, Aspyn and Samuel.
