It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eddie Combs of Shawneetown, Illinois, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Eddie Combs to show support.

He was predeceased by: his father Joel Combs; his son Mathew Combs; his brother Rodger Combs; and his granddaughter Madison Raye Brown. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Heaton Bryant; his siblings, Marcia Stout (Larry), Jimmy Combs (Mary), Kerry Bryant Joyner (David), Jerry Bryant (Pam), Cindy Babb and Jodie Combs Smith; his close friend Nancy Moore; and his daughters, Sharon Powell (Bruce), Carla Landaverde (Carlos) and Katy Combs (John Manley). He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Mr. Combs to Hospice of Southern Illinois, 204 Halfway Road, Marion, Illinois 62959, card will be available at the funeral home.
