He is survived by: his mother Nola Potts Goolsby of Uniontown, Kentucky.; his wife Debra Rodenhouse Goolsby of Shawneetown, Illinois.; his son Donald (Autumn Goolsby) of Uniontown, Kentucky.; his stepson Matthew (Penny Rodenhouse) of Collinsville, Illinois.; his daughter Chasity (Gary Russelburg) of Uniontown, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Raylee Burke, Chase Burke, Sawyer Goolsby, Rory Rodenhouse, Joey Rodenhouse, Tommy Bunnell, Zach Cooley, Lucas Cooley, Buddy Thomas and Jordyn Thomas.
