He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Evans and Marie Evans (Riegel); his wife Mary Ann Parish; his brother Donald; and his brother-in-law Gary Hooten.
He is survived by: his children, Cheri (Donnie Downen) and Alan (Nickie Evans); his grandchildren, Cody Downen, Jordan Evans (Sean Adams), Cory Evans and Erin Gmerek (Rob); his great grandchildren, Asa, Austin Evans, Jeff, Alan and Travis Gmerek; and his sisters, Margaret Miller (Ed) of Harrisburg, Mary Ann Meadows (Buddy) of Harrisburg and Marcia Hooten of Harrisburg.
