He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Sr. Howard and Josephine Howard (Kinder); and his siblings, Betty Krikie, Ellen Kay Bosaw, Herman Jr., Conrad L. and Jack E. Howard.
He is survived by: his siblings, Rebecca Ann Redeman of Tucson, Arizona, Mary Jane (Henry Gross), Bill Howard of Junction, Jim (Louise Howard), Dave (Joann Howard) and Jerry (Helen Howard); and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Howard of Shawneetown and Mike Bosaw of Shawneetown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
