He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Waggoner and Karen Laverne Waggoner (McCoy); his stepmother Shirl Waggoner; his siblings, Barb McFarland, William Jr. (Echo Waggoner) and Chris Wray; his parents-in-law, Trendell and Myrna Lindsay; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Lindsay.
He is survived by: his wife Zandra Waggoner of Shawneetown; his siblings, Tami (William Blake), Fred (Molly Waggoner), Melissa Kelly of Soddy-Daisy, Rebecca (Kyah Smith), Rhonda Joy of Irvington and Virginia (Kenneth Hodge); and his brothers-in-law, Deon, Kim Lindsay of McLeansboro, Leon Lindsay of Equality and Daryl Lindsay of Pensacola, Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Church of God (216 E Townsend Ave, Shawneetown, IL 62984). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
