He was predeceased by: his parents, David McKinley and June Baker (Loos); his wife Alice Marie Jennings of Olney; his siblings, Edna Lucille Pauley (Millard), Geneva Longnecker (Harold), Harold Baker (Ethel) and Viva Marie Angle (Dale); and his nephews, David Pauley, Dick Angle and Donald Angle.
He is survived by: his son Michael David (Julie) of Rochester; and his grandchildren, Mitch Baker of Springfield and Natalie Baker of Rochester.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation to Carle Center for Philanthropy (Richland County Hospice) or the Richland County Senior Citizens Center.
