He was predeceased by: his brother Ivy E. "Butch" Winters. He is survived by: his wife Patty Winters of Shawneetown; his children, Laura (Chris Steele) and Jay (Amanda Winters); and his grandchildren, Blain, Jillian, Sloan Winters, Casen and Emersyn Steele.
