It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry L. Hopkins of Shattuc, Illinois, who passed away on March 12, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Larry L. Hopkins to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Gene and Esther Hopkins; his parents-in-law, Francis and Dorcas Myers; and his brother-in-law Roger Myers.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Myers; his sons, James Hopkins (Jessica) of Breese and Paul Hopkins (Judith) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Savannah, Skyler, Sadie Hopkins and Brooklyn Hopkins; and his sister-in-law Patricia Hummert (Patrick) of St. Charles, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to the Jared Burke Foundation or the Clinton County Honor Guard and will be received at the visitation or by mail, Moss Funeral Home, 535 N 5th St. Breese, IL 62230, who is serving the family.
