She was predeceased by: her parents, William Baswell Thayer and Martha Beatrice Thayer (Carson); her grandchildren, Mallory Ann Greenfield and Joshua John Zannis; her son-in-law Sigurd Rognstad; her siblings, Billie Kaiser (Lefty), Adeline Jarmoliwiczy (Lou), Madge Renn (Elvis), Martha Morehead (Bill), Jean Baker (Wilbur), Joanna Peacher (Bill), Archibald Thayer (June), Walter Thayer (Joanne), Jackie Thayer, George Thayer (Dianne), William Thayer (Jane) and Cecil Thayer (Janet); and her in-laws, Phyllis, Fred Miller, Donald and Barb Heckman.

She is survived by: her husband Ronald Eugene Heckman; her children, Bonnie Foust (Bill), Teresa Greenfield (Gary), Terry Hixson (Marvin), Steve Heckman (Sharla Thompson) and Tracy Rognstad (Sigurd); and her siblings-in-law, John Heckman (Donna) and Patsy Witt (Jerry). She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren.
