With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mardell Ivy Henze (Shannon, Illinois), who passed away on April 16, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" Henze; her brother Gordon; her sister-in-law Charlene Frey; her parents-in-law, Mae and Harvey Henze; and her niece Tara Frey.

She is survived by: her children, Kay Brooks (Joel), Scott Henze (Jan) and Karl Henze (Colleen Finn); her great grandchildren, Koel Brooks (Maggie), Sofie Joy, Jorden Sasscer (Ben), Allie Elizabeth, Jack William Lee, Allison Henze, Lea Henze, Kaden Henze, Erin Henze and Kellen Henze; her niece Paula Pilsner (LeRoy); and her nephew Steve Frey (Delores).

In lieu of flowers an Eastland & Forreston scholarship memorial fund has been established.
