He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Lawson and Hilda Lawson (Wuebben); his sister Nancy Marceau; and his brothers-in-law, Milton Marceau and Don Schryver.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Lawson of Shannon; his sons, Steve Lawson (Amy) of Davis and Randy Lawson (Diane) of Davis; his sister Shirley Schryver of Milledgeville; his grandchildren, Erika Cline (Kevin), Adam Lawson (Alicia Whitehead) and Kendall Lawson (Leslie Martinez); his great grandchild Kira Cline; and his stepgreat-granddaughters, Abby and Courtney Cline.
A memorial has been established in Jim's memory.
