She is survived by: her husband Richard S. Leitzen; her children, Christopher Leitzen, Heather Leitzen of Mt. Carroll, IL, Mike Schreiner (Amanda) of Shannon, IL and CJ Schreiner of Warren, WI; her stepchildren, Jerry Schreiner of Fulton, IL, Paula Schreiner of Freeport, IL and Ed Schreiner, Jr. of Lanark, IL; her grandchildren, Mark McColley, Jr., Carissa McColley, Gunner Schreiner, Macie Schreiner and Elijah Leitzen; and her siblings, John Pettra (Pam) of Freeport, George Pettera (Laura) of Hanover, Judy Moldenhauer (Bruce) of Hanover, Kathy Roberts of Hanover, Marie Holland of Hanover and Pat Pettera of Hanover. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
